Parent Communication
Where ever possible we try to pass on information face to face or by telephone. However, that is not always possible and so we use a range of other methods to get information to parents promptly.
Much of the information we send out is via email. This includes details of forthcoming trips and any changes to the published calendar.
Text
Any urgent information is also sent out via text to relevant mobile numbers.
Website
Regular updates of news items and events will be posted on the website. Team lists and match reports are found on the School Calendar and can be found in the corresponding fixture entry.

Circulars
The Headmaster sends out a letter covering relevant issues to all parents at the beginning and end of term. Other letters may also be sent out on an ad hoc basis such as when there any planned staff changes. The Nursery and Pre Prep department also sends out a newsletter detailing the topics for that term and any events which parents may like to attend such as class assemblies.
Parent Information Booklet
Information booklets are sent out to parents at certain points in their time at St Hugh's.
Pupil Handbook
A Pupil Handbook is provided for children moving from Year 2 (Pre Prep) into Year 3 (Prep) and those new to St Hugh's who are joining us at any point from Years 3-8.
Parents' Association information is available on their Facebook page and communications are sent out from the School Office or via Class Reps.
