It was a super afternoon for our Annual Set Cross Country which sees all Y3-8 pupils competing in their respective age groups over varying distances. This is always a real test of grit and determination and this year was no different with some outstanding performances from our podium finishers. Just as importantly, every child has the opportunity to put their resilience to the test and do their part for their set. This year it was White set who came out victorious with four 1st place finishes and an impressive 11/18 podium placings! 2nd and 3rd Place was tightly contested and though Blue set achieved 5 podium places to Red sets 2, it was Red set that came out on top. This goes to show the importance of everyone’s effort as a team, not just the top three finishers! 

Well done to all White Set runners and to those who were congratulated by Mr Wyld on the Podium. Our Winners were presented with a trophy for the year which will see their name engraved alongside many former pupils, some of which are current parents!
