On Wednesday 9th October the girls travelled to the Lindum to play four 10 minute quarters.  Each girl had a focus for the game being drawn from our weaknesses over the previous week.  There was also a team focus of switching play around the back.

The first quarter was honours even as both teams nullified each other.

In the second quarter Minster scored in the 1st and 7th minute. 

The 3rd quarter we conceded from a short corner after only a minute, but then shut up the defence as Amelia started to dominate the D.  Jasmine was making use of her newfound confidence of driving forwards down the right wing.

Into the final we scored from a quick breakaway as a long, quick pass from our 16 got to Annabel who drove forward and shot hard at the keeper, the rebound was struck into the goal by Alice who had done well to support the attack.  However in the last 7 minute we conceded a further 3 goals as Minster made use of their larger squad.  A 6-1 result was an improvement from a week before in a much longer game.  Well done girls.  Girl of the game was awarded to Aurora for controlling our play from the defence.
