Report

On Wednesday the 6th the As travelled to Stamford to take on their Bs and Cs.  We set up in a 3-3 formation rather than our normal 2-3-1 in order to play more defensively looking forward to Friday's IAPS tournament.  We conceded a goal after 5 minutes against Stamford Cs in the first half and the second half had no further goals.  Jake W was making good runs on the left wing but was unable to finish. 

Against Stamford Bs the first period didn't worry the scorers however we were starting to form fast breakaways with William H, George P and skipper Jack C working well together.  With just 1 minute left in the game Stamford scored giving them their second 1-0 win of the day.  Mr Goodhand was pleased with the performances as the boys worked hard and were starting to adapt to the new formation.
