The U9B played Brooke Priory at home on Wednesday, coming up against a tough opposition. The girls showed great enthusiasm on court and have made a lot of progress since their first game of the season. Footwork was much improved and there were strong passes from several members of the team. By the second half, the team were working well together and beginning to find much-needed space. Emily, Peiya and Lucy showed particularly strong teamwork, looking out for opportunities to get the ball down the court. Although the game finished in a 7-0 loss, the fact that the team did not concede a goal in the final quarter is a testament to their improved focus and hard work as the game went on. Well done girls!
