Match Report

Result: W 5-2

Team lightning played a mixed team from Ascoughee. We got off to a slow start and no goals were scored in the first rotation. The game started to move at a faster pace and the score after 3 rotations was 2-2.

Ascoughee made some great interceptions and St Hugh’s on occasions took their eye off the ball and were slow to react.

The end result was 5-2 to St Hugh’s and they really had to work hard towards the end. The girls need to mark their player tightly and stay focused.

Faith was dominated as player of the match by the opposition, she remained focused and determined throughout the match.
