Year 6 visit Mosque
Year 6 enjoyed a morning at the Faizan-e-Madina Masjid mosque in Peterborough last week. They were amazed by the size and beauty of it and had a tour by Hafiz the Imam. He explained some of the key principals of Islam and showed them the main features of the mosque such as the Wudu room for washing, the Prayer hall with the Mihrab and Minbar and of course the stunning chandelier!
