Match Report

Result: L 6-10

We welcomed Witham Hall to St Hugh’s on Wednesday and played a very competitive game.

The game was split into 10 minute thirds and we improved as the game went on. We lost the first third 3-0, the second 4-2 and won the final third 4-3. Throughout the match we had more possession and attacked the Witham Hall try line repeatedly. We were susceptible to break away tries from Witham Hall who had a couple of tall fast runners. 

There were some excellent tries from Edward P, Beau and Gio and both George’s made some great tackles and ran well with the ball. Paul also made a couple of vital tackles that stopped Witham Hall scoring tries. Well done boys!
