Team Panthers

Result: W2-1

This was Team Panther’s first netball game. The girls made good progress in each quarter, improving their understanding of the game. LMS scored a great goal from a distance. Annie scored both the goals for St Hugh’s. Well done girls.

Team Lightning

Result: W6-2

Team Lightning had a great first game of the season. There was some excellent passing up and down the court. Verity was a super captain and scored 3 goals, Maya 2 and Annabelle 1. Keep up the great work girls!

Team Thunder

Result: W 4-1

Thunder took control of the game from the start moving well and using space. They were quick to score and very strong in defence with great interception from Harriet. Great first match for the girls!

Team Storm

Result: L5-0

Storm played really well for their first ever game of netball. Passing was good, the team just needed to attack their goal and create space by clearing for another player. Well done team you kept working hard as a team until the final whistle!
