ESSA National Primary Swimming Finals @ Ponds Forge

Following their trip to London a fortnight ago, four of our under 11 swimmers travelled to Sheffield last weekend to compete in the ESSA Primary Team Relay National Finals. The team secured their place having achieved one of the top three qualifying teams at the East Midlands qualifier held at Repton earlier in the year. We were pleased to qualify for both the 4x25m freestyle and medley relays, giving the team two swims over the course of the day. The team consisted of Captain, George C, Joshua M, Harriet T and Hollie F. We were delighted to swim new personal best times in both events, a credit to the dedication and hard work of these swimmers. Watch them in action here!
