IAPS Clay Pigeon Shooting 8 May 2025
5 boys competed for St Hugh’s in the IAPS National Clay Pigeon Shooting Championships at the prestigious West London Shooting School in Northolt. Arriving early for bacon rolls and coffee, the boys were accompanied by their parents and Mr Wyld and enjoyed a busy set of stands, each one offering a different experience. A particularly impressive performance by Charles B saw him as the highest scoring individual shot of the day across the competition and the other team members acquitted themselves well in the team competition. With schools coming from across the UK, the standard of shooting was very high indeed and our thanks go to IAPS and the WLSS for the warm welcome and excellent organisation.
