Result: Lost
We hosted Ranby School, having played them at Ranby earlier in the season. It was soon evident that they had upped their game since the earlier meeting and they were very quick in the tackle, not allowing us any time to run or pass the ball. Ranby dominated the first half, scoring a number of tries.
The second half was a little better with Edward R scoring a very impressive try to get us on the board. It was a very physical game and I was impressed with the resilience we showed, we kept trying! I was particularly impressed with Edward P and Paul W who were more involved and made some courageous tackles.
