A Team

Result: 24-10 W

The team took control of the game from the first whistle. Defensively throughout the court we kept LSST from scoring and attacking connections throughout the court were fantastic . 

The girls adapted their game at each quarter taking feedback and structures we had practised at training and implementing them into the game. It was a full team effort with everyone working hard on their job role and connecting as a unit. 

The team continue to see improvement which is great to see. Keep all the hard work moving forward.

B Team

Result: 13-6 L

The girls travelled to LSST on Wednesday afternoon. Playing first they took to the court with some focus points from the last match. The attack worked well bringing the ball smoothly down the court to Ela, Megan and Amelie as shooters. With a larger squad, lots of changes and movement of positions allowed for options and new formations to be formed. There were some super individual  moments of play as well as group. Stand out players for this match were Peyton and Grace in defence. Their determination, drive and commitment allowed them to gain possession through rebounds, forcing errors and super intercepts. Oppositions player was Grace and coachs' player Peyton. Well done girls for another great team effort!
