Result: 9-15 L
Mr Goodhand had the pleasure of being with the U9 boys on Wednesday playing a contact game against Ranby. The game was in four quarters.
The 1st quarter was three all with two tries from Ralph and one from Charlie. At every break four of the team were rotated to give all players pitch time.
In the 2nd quarter, George scored our only try after a strong run by Taylor; Ranby scored three.
After half time Harry scored and Charlie got another two; Ranby scored 4.
In the final quarter Hugo and Harvey each scored one try to Ranby’s five.
The final score was 9-15.
The whole team did well working for each other and being positive. With some improvement to our tackling technique the future looks strong. Man of the Match was Ralph for his strong tackling and running. Well done boys.
