U8/9 Swimming Gala v Ranby (H) 1.45 - 3.00pm

Our Year 3 and 4 swimmers opened the swimming season with a friendly invitational Gala with Ranby House this week. Though Ranby were unable to bring a boys team along, it was great to have our boys in intra-school races, giving them exposure to competitive swimming.
There were some fantastic performances on display and we were very pleased with how well our pupils coped with this given how early on in the term it fell! Several Year 3 swimmers joined the U9 team and we look forward to seeing them progress over the term having had additional input in Swim Squad. We look forward to our next opportunity to compete later in the term. Well done to all competitors.
