Science Day
Years 1 and 2 became scientists for the day!
They enjoyed taking part in lots of different investigations… watching ‘dancing raisins’, producing Skittle rainbows, making fizzing potions, getting messy making slime, observing ‘magic milk’, creating lava lamps and floating and sinking fun.
Outside in the playground, there was much excitement when making explosions using Mento mints and bottles of Coke.
Throughout the day, everyone made fantastic predictions and observations – and went home with lots of ideas for future experiments.
